Tony Loreto
Born in Naples (Italy) in 1983…From childhood was influenced by funk, jazz, soul and RnB music, that had impacted him to recognize House Music. He started to collect some vinyl, bought his first turntables. During the years, he became a part of some private parties around his town, Afragola, and then moved to the bigger parties in Naples, with some promoters, which gave Tony the possibility to play in many parties, with some international artists as well. After such a good experience as a dj, he was fascinated by the production side and he believed that it could give to him more visibility than djing…So after so many years, he collaborated many productions, first off with Tony Humphries and on his label (Tony Records), then with Master Kev forming MKTL, and under Tony Loreto. Together they made international hits like RADIOHEAD – CREEP (MKTL REMIX), DEPECHE MODE – PERSONAL JESUS (MKTL/POLYRHYTHM REMIX), and so on…Truly Tony is known as one of most important young producers in House Music scene. His tracks are played by the best of djs in the world, like Louie Vega, Tony Humphries, Frankie Knuckles and Dennis Ferrer, just to name a few.
